Retractable Barriers
Retractable belt barriers are used for delineating and zoning off hazardous or unauthorised zones in commercial and industrial settings.
Retractable Barriers for Crowd Control and Queue Management
Barrier Group Retractable Belt Barriers deliver a durable, high-visibility solution for queue management and pedestrian guidance across commercial, industrial and public environments. Our range includes the Pilot Retractable Belt Barrier system and the Neata Queue Management system – fully compatible, purpose-built platforms that can be configured to suit your site layout or operational demand.
Introducing The Co-Pilot Post & Base
The biggest problem with long-reach belt barriers used outside is wind. With its 20kg cast iron base and stainless steel post, Co-Pilot provides stability and mobility, while the 75mm non-marking polyurethane wheels and pozi-grip handle make positioning as simple as tilt and walk.
10,000 Belt Post Units Installed to Support Queue Management at Western Sydney International Airport
Barrier Group recently completed the installation of Neata Flexi In-Floor Belt Posts within several operational areas of Western Sydney International Airport (WSI). The project demonstrates how retractable belt barrier systems can support adaptable passenger guidance within modern airport environments.
Approximately 1,000 Neata Flexi In-Floor Belt Posts, along with Neata Epoxy Flush and Carpet Sleeves, were installed throughout the airport environment to support organised passenger guidance and adaptable space management.
- The Neata Flexi In-Floor Belt Posts were selected for their ability to support efficient passenger guidance within key operational areas of the terminal. The system enables airport personnel to quickly deploy, remove, and reconfigure layouts as operational requirements change.
- Neata In-Floor Flexi Belt Posts are designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, the posts feature a sleek profile that complements the modern interior design of the new airport.
- The Neata Flexi system incorporates an impact-absorbing design, allowing the post to flex and return to its original position if contacted by passengers or luggage.
