NoWeld is Barrier Group's modular industrial guardrail and handrail system. Posts, rails, bends and fittings come together as a configurable system, so you can build a barrier to suit the exact dimensions and layout of your facility. From straight runs along a walkway to corners, edges and access points.
Because it's modular, a NoWeld Guardrail installation can be adapted as your site changes. Sections can be added, reconfigured or relocated when a layout is reworked, making it a practical choice for warehouses, factories, distribution centres and other industrial sites across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and beyond.

Posts
The structural backbone of the system, available in a range of post lengths to suit your application and installation method.
Rails
Rails connect between posts to form the guardrail or handrail run, offered in galvanised and safety yellow finishes.
Bends
Pre-formed bends handle corners and changes of direction, keeping runs continuous around the layout of your site.
Mounting Options
Four mounting options accommodate a range of substrates and structures – Surface Mount, Below Ground, Side Mount and Ground Socket.
Toe Boards
Optional toe boards add edge protection along platforms and walkways, with compatibility guidance for each system configuration.
Accessories
Connectors, fittings and accessories complete the system and allow for custom arrangements around obstacles and equipment.

Controlled Access Where You Need It
NoWeld Spring Assisted Swing Gate (NWSSG) or Ball Fence Swing Gate (BFSG) for self closing access point. Gates keep pedestrian paths clear and protected while still allowing authorised people and equipment to pass through designated areas.
Enhancing Pedestrian Safety and Asset Protection at AWH’s Brooklyn Wool Processing Facility
AWH collaborated with Barrier Group to implement an end-to-end safety solution at their Brooklyn Wool Selling Centre.
